errr...ouch
So I’ve been keeping up with my work out and I’ve noticed actual definition in my arms, chest, abs, and legs. a mixture of weight and body weight exercises and adjusting how I eat. Also I haven’t had a binge night of drinking in a few weeks and my stomach just..deflated, I’m almost flat. It’s terrific! although I really need to work on my abs and get them to show.
